Tapsamazing.com is dedicated to providing excellent products and service at competitive prices.
 

To make a purchase, browse our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy to add it to your shopping cart.  When you have selected all the items you wish to buy, click on “Checkout” to pay for your goods.

Credit Card Security

Your credit card payment is taken and processed securely.  All credit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed.  They are not held in clear text on any website.

Money Back Guarantee

You may cancel your order at anytime between the day the order is placed and the end of the 7th working day following the day on which your goods are received.  Please note that when returning rejected good, the package and contents must be in perfect condition.  You must inform us by email, fax or in writing of your wish to cancel.  You must contact us for advice on safely returning the goods.  You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods safely.  We will refund your money within 30 days of receipt of the goods, less any delivery costs incurred. Returns outside this period will not be accepted.

Our delivery service extends to mainland UK only with charges as shown:
 
Orders less than £150 = £7.95
Orders greater than £150= FREE

You must inspect the goods thoroughly before signing for delivery.  When signing for a delivery you accept that the goods have been received in good condition.  If items are damaged on delivery you should not accept them, let the courier return them to Tapsamazing.  You should never sign a delivery as ‘unchecked’.  You must inform us of this within 24 hours of delivery.
 
If goods are ordered at the weekend or on a bank holiday, the order will be processed on the next working day and delivery dates will vary accordingly.  If a delivery would normally fall due over the Christmas shutdown period, the delivery period may be extended to a later date.  We endeavour to deliver all goods on time, however delays are possible so please do not book your plumber until the goods have been safely received complete an in good condition.

Pricing Errors

In the event that there is a pricing error on the website then Tapsamazing.com will not be bound to honour any orders made at that price.

Guarantee

All goods are guaranteed for a minimum of 30 days.  On some products there is an extended guarantee, and in such cases the extended period is outlined in the product’s description.  Your statutory rights are not affected.
All Blanco & Perrin & Rowe products are guaranteed for 2 years against defects when used in normal domestic applications (excluding serviceable parts, neglect or abuse), as well as a guarantee on the surface finishing, 10 years on chrome, 5 years on antique gold etc
 
All Bristan and Hansgrohe products carry a 5 year guarantee.
 
As a continuously evolving company we reserve the right to change the specification of products without notice.

Complaints

Should you have a complaint we will endeavour to respond to this within 5 working days.

Faulty Goods

We will refund the cost of faulty goods and the delivery charge, return  goods by Fastway courier service.  All returns are tested and a full refund including reasonable return costs will be given when the fault is confirmed.  You must contact us for advice on safely returning the goods.
